Cancellation Policy for Goods Move

At Logisty, we understand that plans can change. Our Goods Move cancellation policy offers flexibility to adjust with ease.

  1. Flexible Cancellation
    • Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 4 hours before pickup with no charge.
    • Late Cancellation Fee: For cancellations within 2–4 hours before pickup, a fee of 10% of the booking amount applies.
  2. Same-Day Cancellations
    • Within 2 Hours of Pickup: A fee of 20% of the booking amount applies to cover last-minute adjustments.
  3. Instant Demand Cancellations
    • Immediate Cancellations for “Schedule Now”: If a customer books for immediate service, cancellation is allowed within the first 10 minutes. A standard fee of 10% of the booking amount applies.
  4. No-Show Policy
    • No-Show Fee: If the customer is unavailable within 1-2 hrs of the scheduled time, a no-show fee of 100% of the booking amount applies. To identify unavailability, the driver will have a provision to mark a no-show in the system if the customer cannot be reached within the allotted time.
  5. VAT Refunds
    • In the event of a cancellation, any VAT applied to the booking amount will be non-refundable.
  6. Easy Refunds
    • Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
  7. Rescheduling Options
    • Free Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule up to 2 hours before pickup with no additional fee.
    • No Rescheduling Within 2 Hours: Rescheduling is not possible within 2 hours of pickup. As the application currently lacks an automated reschedule option, customers must contact customer support for rescheduling requests.
  8. Exceptional Circumstances
    • Unforeseen Events: In cases like adverse weather or emergencies, a free reschedule will be offered. Identification of such events will require customer communication with support to verify the circumstances.

Logisty Cancellation Policy for Home Move

Moving homes is complex, and our policy provides flexibility while ensuring reliable service.

  1. Extended Cancellation Window
    • Standard Cancellation: Cancel up to 48 hours before the move with a 3% deduction from the booking amount.
    • Reduced Late Cancellation Fee: For cancellations 24–48 hours before the move, a fee of 50% of the booking amount applies, or customers can opt for a free reschedule.
  2. No-Show Policy
    • No-Show Fee: If the customer is unavailable within 1-2 hrs of the scheduled time, a no-show fee of 100% of the booking amount applies. Vendors will have a provision to mark a no-show if they cannot reach the customer, which will trigger the fee application.
  3. VAT Refunds
    • For cancellations, any VAT applied to the booking amount will be non-refundable.
  4. Convenient Refunds
    • Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days, subject to bank processing times.
  5. Rescheduling Options
    • Free Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule up to 24 hours before the move without any additional fee.
    • Short-Notice Rescheduling: Rescheduling within 12 hours of the move will incur a 30% fee. Currently, the application does not support an automated reschedule option; customers should contact customer support for rescheduling needs.
  6. Exceptional Circumstances
    • Unforeseen Events: In cases of adverse weather or emergencies, customers are offered a free reschedule without refunds. Identification will require contacting customer support for validation
